To work with public, private, and community partners to provide financial and technical assistance and build clean energy community capacity that will benefit all Louisianans and advance local, state, and national economic, health, and environmental objectives, including:

• Improving health and quality of life for our citizens;  

• Protecting finite natural resources for our continued enjoyment;
